How to use?
How to use?
- Scoop – Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to a bowl or cup.
- Add Water – Pour in a small amount of hot (not boiling) water — about 2 oz / 60 ml at ~80°C (175°F).
- Whisk – Use a bamboo whisk (chasen) or small frother to whisk in a “W” motion until frothy.
- Enjoy – Top up with more hot water for traditional tea, or milk for a latte.
